- Review our field policies below.
- Obtain waivers by printing them out here.
- Choose the package that best suits your group's needs (packages may be upgraded individually once at the field)
- Collect deposit and waivers from each person in the group. Deposits must equal no less than $15 per person
- Call for available dates 610-364-9666.
- Confirm deposit to reserve your spot.
- Arrive at our playing field a half hour before your start time.
Acceptableforms of payment are money orders,checks, and credit card.
**Checks can be made payable to Capt'n Carl's Paintball Games**
- If a member of a group does not show up, his or her deposit is
non-refundable. However we will refund you in paint, but only up to 2 people or the minimum amount of people required to make a reservation on that particular day, whichever is less. (tuesday thru friday, we require 10 people in order to make a reservation, saturdays and sundays we require 6 people to make a reservation).
- Any person who comes to the field without giving a proper deposit will be considered a "Walk-on Player" and will not be guaranteed paintballs or equipment.
- Scheduled Groups are encouraged to arrive one half hour prior to you start time for registration and orientation.
- Deposits must be received when reservation is made. All reservation must be made one week before reservation date.
- Capt'n Carl's Paintball reserves the right to allow other reservations in place of non deposited reservations.
- Groups of 20 or more may request a private field.
- Anyone who plays at our field must purchase our paintballs. Paintballs purchased from anywhere else can not be used at our facilities.
- Minimum age to play is 10 years old.
- All players must wear long sleeves and long pants
- In the event of inclement forecast for a reservation date the group must give 48hr, or more, advance notice of not coming. We will reschedule your date of play. If notice is not given and the group does not show the deposit is forfeited.
- Refunds are not given as cash. Only credit to our store or rain check to our field.
- Alcohol is absolutely not permitted at our playing field.
- Gratuity for field Staff is not included in any other charges. This act of appreciation is at the players discretion.
- Pricing and terms are subject to change.
- Any player bringing their own marker must have a referee check its velocity at the chronograph before the it is allowed on the field.
- A group may cancel its reservations only if Capt'n Carl's is given
notice 48 hours before your scheduled time slot.
- In the event that a group cancels, deposits will be held for a rain date up to 3 months after the scheduled date. After a period of 3 months the deposit will be forfeited.
- If the weather station is unplayable on your groups scheduled day of play and we are given 48hours notice, we will reschedule the group's day of play. If you do not call us and you do not show up to play, then you forfeit your deposit.
