Paintball is a recreational and an organized sport commonly played year round. In it’s
simplest form, whether played outdoors or indoors, paintball brings together two opposing teams competing at a game of capture the flag. Competitions generally last no longer then 20 minutes allowing 10 to 25 games to be played during the day. All games are refereed to insure player safety and fair play.
.: Who Plays Paintball?
Men and Women of all ages can play Paintball. Players under the age of 18 must have a consent waiver signed by a parent or guardian. People from all walks of life play paintball because size and muscular stature are not decisive factors. Strategy combined with common sense, strength of purpose and desire are the most important winning factors. Any one can be a star player.
.: Safety
The industry is committed to making paintball enjoyable and safe for all patrons. Therefore, every player must attend a safety rules orientation prior to play. To date, independent non-paintball associations are gauging paintball activities to be safer then many older more established sporting endeavors.
.: What Will I Need To Play?
Capt’n Carl’s will provide all the equipment that is necessary to play. This includes paintball markers, and a protective mask. Premium quality paintballs are sold to insure a safe and enjoyable outing. You must buy paintballs at the field. Recommended attire includes long sleeves and pants with rugged footwear. Shorts and short sleeves are Not recommended.
